It should not be surprising that an entity called Gnaw Their Tongues has a way with words (come for the Spasming and Howling, Bowels Loosening and Bladders Emptying, Vomiting Helplessly, stay for the Epiphanic Vomiting of Blood). Well, uber-prolific Dutchman Mories’ one-man nightmare generator is back at it, this time simply ripping “Through Flesh,” the second track on forthcoming full-length Abyss of Longing Throats (due in early August on Crucial Blast). This slab of “hallucinatory black metal” is not to be played in daylight. (You don’t have to wait til 9 p.m., dude; just draw down the shades.)
