Baltimore’s Mother Moon underwent a lineup change earlier this year, but the members of the band haven’t slowed down. The atmospheric black metal quartet have released “Chrysanthemum,” their second single this year following “Conjugal,” which was released in May.
“We are very excited to share our new single, ‘Chrysanthemum’ with everyone through Decibel,” offer Mother Moon. “This is one of the first songs we wrote after a lineup change earlier this year—a sonic representation of the toll that everyday life takes on the psyche and the physical form. It is a quasi-companion piece to our previous single, ‘Conjugal,’ which we hope will serve as an engaging reintroduction to the band when paired.”
