Full Album Stream: Dirge – “Alma | Baltica”

December 6, 2017 Emily Bellino
Full Album Stream, Streaming atmospheric metal, Dirge, Division Records, Post Metal, premiere.

French post-metal outfit Dirge have been at it for a long time; 23 years, in fact, have passed since the release of their first demo, Infected Brain Machine. Now they prepare to issue their seventh disc, Alma | Baltica. A post-metal release that is truly epic in scope, Alma | Baltica is largely built on massive soundscapes and eerie flourishes. Though wordless, there is no doubt at the end of the album’s five songs that Dirge have told a story.

Listen to Alma | Baltica below, before it sees a December 15 release on Division Records.
