Pierced Arrows "Let It Rain" video premier + MP3

As Brother J. Bennett pointed out in this month’s Decibel, Pierced Arrows frontman Fred Cole “has enough rock n roll history behind him to fill several dictionary-sized volumes.” Cole spent two decades with Portland garage-punk band Dead Moon, joined by his wife Toody and drummer Andrew Loomis. Pierced Arrows is the Coles' latest offering, and this is the second video off their new album Descending Shadows (Vice Records). We are gonna sit here and wish we were there, because the Coles and drummer Kelly Halliburton look more satiated than pigs in shit. MP3, plus the video for the previous single "Paranoia" after the jump.

At first I didn't really like this, but about a quarter of the way through it really caught, I look forward to paying for this album.

Love Dead Moon! I've been wanting to hear Pierced Arrows for a while now. Long live Fred Cole!

drummer kelly halliburton IS portland punk. see Defiance, Detestation, Consume, Resist, Severed Head of State, to name a few

What ever happened to any of the Dirtclodfight or Freedom Fighter dudes? I used to live in PDX many years ago, but have been curious over the years.

This is fucking garbage. I can do better than this.
