Deciblog Exclusive: The Gates of Slumber debut new track "The Bringer of War"!

The Deciblog is extremely psyched to present you with the world premiere of new music from The Gates of Slumber's forthcoming album, Hymns of Blood and Thunder (available September 29th via Rise Above Records).

liked the last record, but this song seems a nice step up.

Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.

godamn i been following these guys from the very begining and they keep getting beter

so heavy

Like it - really need to hear it in context of rest of album. One of my absolute favorite bands

That cover kicks major balls!

I just shed a tear; that's right, just one tear. That's how much this song rules for me.

Holy set of Heavy steel balls, Batman, This song destroys, every living thing in it's path! What everyone has said previously I agree with. They really are maturing quite nicely. Time to hit play again.

And this band totally deserved to have their music debuted on Decibel. It's all in the positioning, rather then just another Myspace debut.

Awesome and a step up as they have with every release. Slay the weak!

Bob rocks!

I saw them live with Zoroaster last week. They played this song and the title track off the new album. Sounded fuckin' awesome. Heavy as fuck.

Fucking rocks!
